In country value (ICV)
As we continue our journey towards ICV, be’ah has worked to achieve Oman’s sustainable development objectives in line with OIA's vision to maximize In-Country Value (ICV). In-country value (ICV) is a paramount goal for us, driving sustainable local content growth through localizing procurement and developing our workforce. Our aim is to build, design, plan, and execute all ICV activities, ensuring that the total spending retained in the country benefits business development, contributes to human capability development, and stimulates productivity in Oman’s economy.be’ah ICV Main Objective

Human Resources Recruitment
be’ah takes pride in its efforts of Omanisation where it has become one of the highest in the industry with dedicated in-house training facilities to develop employees’ skills. Be’ah has provided direct and indirect job opportunities, giving priority to local talents and emphasizing Omanization in various company operations.
Training
Since our inception, we have been providing training and development opportunities for Omani graduates, job-seekers, volunteers and other talents in partnership with training institutes and other specialists Furthermore, it has invested in Omani youth through successful internal training programs such as the Preparation Program and the Professional Training Program, making it an essential part of the Omani community in terms of preparing youth for the job market. This has led to the training of 52 trainees.Local Sourcing of Goods
We, at be’ah are proud to support local suppliers, contractors and manufacturers, including SMEs. We are committed to maximize ICV by increasing total domestic spending through its commitment to the ICV standards and following up with all contractors who have ICV contractual commitments, which must be met by the end of the projects.|
